The original kitchen was small and had a peninsula that divided the green room from the kitchen. By extending the new cabinet layout into the green room we integrated the two spaces and created more storage, counter space, and flow. A corner pullout was used to maximize the storage space, and the appliance garage hides a convenient coffee zone that disappears out of sight when not in use. The swing came from the homeowner’s home accessory store.
